As a youth sports organization that takes your kids health and our own and our communities health very seriously, we’ll continue to monitor the situation and follow any guidelines set forth by the City Of Pittsburgh and our Governor.
There has been no communication to youth athletics in regards to cancelling events or practices. Our events are not large gatherings and are under 250 people in size. However, as parents, you have the right to make that choice. You have the right to keep your child at home. With that’s said, below are proper precautions you and your kids can take when at the Dek or practice.
1.) Do not share drinks or water bottles.
2.). Kids should not share equipment or clothing.
3.) If your child has any symptoms of being sick, please keep your child at home. There is nothing more Important to us than your child’s well being.
We will continuously update you on any changes that we need to make prior to our in-house games start and properly adjust schedules in accordance to the direction given to us by our government or CDC. Our Spring 20 season is still moving forward with rosters and schedules are being released soon. I wish everyone a good day and stay safe and healthy! If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly.
